The STIFTUNG ZUKUNFT BERLIN is supporting the financing of construction to the sum of 950.000,- Euro. The Kunsthalle will finance the running costs through admissions and further income from renting and leasing as well as through private sponsoring.
Thanks to the engagement of the Governing Mayor of Berlin, Klaus Wowereit, it has been possible to build the Temporäre Kunsthalle Berlin as an interim solution for the new face of the Schlossplatz.
